![]() ![]() I contacted BlueSnap (the issuing financial service on their side (you can also check the status of the payment/refund on their website), but they told me they aren't able to do anything. I contacted my bank and issued a chargeback via visa (so far I heard nothing back) (let's see if at some point they will do it) So far they always came up with new stories. Every day I wrote them please refund it, please send me the receipt, that you actually issued the refund etc etc. They said the refund will be done in 7 days. (I do not believe they actually do - but w/e) They acted as if they checked manually if I actually completed all of them. So I insisted that I don't want the 100% but rather get my money via the milestones. I already read some threads and all of them told me that this is a lie and it's better to insist on the 95% refund milestone policy. I got automated mail telling me to wait 30 days to get a 100% refund. I contacted them via the 'contact us' link on their website telling them the truth about what had happened. Haven't got my money back so far but here is what I did (I will let you know when something worked)Īs soon as I saw, that 299$ were deducted I panicked and checked the website again to find their 'milestone policy'. EDIT I got the refund receipt today - see what worked for me in next comment. ![]()
